Speaker:

Welcome to Saddle Up

Live's Giddy Up segment.

2

:

I am thrilled that you're here today.

3

:

And I just want to touch base a little

bit because last Tuesday, the episode

4

:

that came out was with Sonia Pietruszka.

5

:

That's a hard name to say for

this mama, grandma, but, um,

6

:

she is an EFT professional.

7

:

And a coach and it's the first time

I've actually learned about what

8

:

it's emotional freedom technique,

what that is and what it entails.

9

:

And.

10

:

It was so good because she's someone

who went through a really hard time

11

:

and she talks about that it was through

a divorce and Kovat and a job and all

12

:

kinds of stuff happening all at once

and that's why she started Tapping and

13

:

then all this just now she's, you know,

doing amazing things with this technique.

14

:

And you all know that I, it's kind

of like God first, and then all these

15

:

tools that we have that he gives us.

16

:

And I know some of it's medication and you

know, I don't love medication, but I do.

17

:

Do you know that God, uh,

I was born in this time.

18

:

I mean, I've got a

daughter who's a physician.

19

:

I believe in medicine too.

20

:

And I also believe in doing everything

I can to not have to take medicine.

21

:

So, uh, I love all these tools that

I get to get my hands on and now EFT.

22

:

is a new tool.

23

:

And if you go back and listen to that

episode, I actually walk through,

24

:

uh, I have a horrible, uh, fear of

getting my blood pressure taken.

25

:

I know it's ridiculous.

26

:

I've learned to accept that.

27

:

And I think I was really ripe to do this

work, but the first tap was to tap my.

28

:

If you're on camera, you can see this.

29

:

It's between my, my pinky and my

wrist on the outside of my hand.

30

:

And I tapped it with my other hand.

31

:

And then she taught me some kind

of affirmations to say, and it was,

32

:

they were things that were kind of

like, um, You know, I feel this fear.

33

:

Here's where I feel it.

34

:

This is what it feels like.

35

:

I accept that.

36

:

I feel that that's okay.

37

:

I'm, I'm still okay to feel that way.

38

:

I mean, that's not exactly what she said.

39

:

Um, and I'm thankful that I can go

back and listen to it if I need to

40

:

do it again, because she said that

oftentimes it's not just a one and done.

41

:

But I don't know, gang, she walked

me through like acupuncture points, a

42

:

few of them, and from that first one,

I felt like a relief and a calmness.

43

:

And so I'm really curious to

see how this works for me.

44

:

And here's the thing.

45

:

you know, whether or not my blood

pressure is lower when I go into

46

:

the doctor next time, if it's making

me feel more peaceful, that's a

47

:

win to how I'm feeling is a win.

48

:

So if you haven't listened to

that episode, go back and take

49

:

a listen, try this tapping.

50

:

We're going to have our back on because

I want to talk about more deeper things,

51

:

more, Big traumas that we go through

and how EFT can help us through that.

52

:

If you feel like you're spinning

out and need some help, I'm going

53

:

to have Sonia's information will

be in the show notes today and from

54

:

last Tuesday, reach out to her.

55

:

The thing I love about EFT, another

thing I love about it is it's

56

:

not something that you have to

sign on as a subscription to it.

57

:

It's something that you learn how to do.

58

:

And you can do it yourself kind of

like self coaching you go and you

59

:

get taught and then you learn how to

do it And then if you have a little

60

:

setback or need a little more coaching

You go get a little bit more you go

61

:

learn a little bit more about eft.

62

:

So I love that as opposed to um, I

I don't like to Hang on to someone

63

:

out of fear fear and needing them.

64

:

I love the fact that they're teaching you

how to deal with anxiety that you have and

65

:

things that might pop up in the future.

66

:

So go take a listen.

67

:

You take good care.

68

:

I'm so thankful for y'all.
