Lesa Koski:

Welcome listeners to this week's Giddy Up segment.

2

:

I'm really thankful that

you're here once again with me.

3

:

And I think the last two weeks

have been, really amazing episodes.

4

:

And that's not because of me, that's

the grace of God and JJ Flazains.

5

:

And, you know, on Tuesday, the podcast,

came out and it talked about the road

6

:

map to emotional healing and you all

know, I want you all to suffer less.

7

:

I don't want you to have to go through

something difficult to figure it out

8

:

because although, sometimes that's

the way that it is, I love the course

9

:

and I love these episodes because it

has steered me in the right direction.

10

:

And you all know that I, you know, first

it's first God, and then, you know, kind

11

:

of taking responsibility for my mindset.

12

:

And that course, The Roadmap

to Emotional Healing is so key.

13

:

And I just noticed that I did not have

the affiliate link in the show notes.

14

:

So I'm going to go in and do

that after I get the Giddy Up!

15

:

segment up.

16

:

And I will have that link,

in the show notes as well.

17

:

Also working on a resource page that

will have that on, or you can just

18

:

reach out to me if you're interested.

19

:

But It has been, it's kind of a

building block for me because I

20

:

am working on some other really

cool things that I have coming up.

21

:

Just, enjoying jumping into

all these healing aspects.

22

:

And you know, I'm always

into doing everything I can.

23

:

for my body health wise, physically,

and sometimes, I go a little bit on the

24

:

alternative if I feel that I'm led there.

25

:

And so I'm looking forward to

sharing all that information

26

:

with you in upcoming episodes.

27

:

Really, really excited.

28

:

I've got a lot of them lined up now.

29

:

But I also want to use this little

giddy up segment to let, you know,

30

:

some things that I'm doing that

are working really well for me.

31

:

And I will put links in and I

actually have an affiliate link

32

:

for an air purifier by shark.

33

:

And interestingly enough, I got this.

34

:

I learned about this from my son in

law who is an engineer and he went,

35

:

For a work summit and learned about

how important it is to have clean air

36

:

in your home Especially if you live

in the Midwest like I do Where we're

37

:

even if you're in a place where you're

shut in with the air conditioner on You

38

:

know that air needs to be really clean

and this shark like I said, it will

39

:

be, the link will be, in my show notes

and I'm working on that resource page.

40

:

So it is going to be on my website too,

after that undergoes the whole new, realm.

41

:

Otherwise you can just email me to get the

information, but there's a big one that

42

:

you never have to change the air filter

and it gets rid of mold and allergens too.

43

:

I've got two dogs.

44

:

One's real hairy, one

not so hairy in my house.

45

:

But the thing that was so appealing

to me is getting rid of the mold.

46

:

And I was always a little bit

concerned, not so much about my

47

:

house with mold, but about my barn.

48

:

And so I got a smaller one for the barn.

49

:

And this is the, the reason that

I know it's working is because in

50

:

my house I was cooking and yet.

51

:

My oven was super dirty and I didn't

know it and this quiche erupted

52

:

and it, you know, you never really

think about how that really affects

53

:

the air quality in your home.

54

:

Well, I looked at my air purifier

and it's just one that covers my

55

:

whole, lower level of my house

or my main level, I should say.

56

:

I could watch it told me what the air

quality was and I watched it drop and

57

:

drop and drop into the red zone Just

from cooking so I was so thankful

58

:

especially when you go through something

scary health wise And you know what?

59

:

I don't want you going

through something scary.

60

:

So keep that air clean and try this

shark Especially I love the one

61

:

where you don't have to change the

filter That'll be, in my show notes.

62

:

Okay.

63

:

Now I'm going to tell

you another little tale.

64

:

Here's something else that I've been

doing and this I'm going to let you

65

:

kind of look up until I get some

affiliate links for these frownies.

66

:

I don't have big 11

lines, but my hubby does.

67

:

I'm not kidding.

68

:

Those little stickers, they're

little stickers that you

69

:

put in between your eyes.

70

:

You can look it up on Instagram.

71

:

You can look it up on YouTube.

72

:

You put it on at night and it keeps you

from moving the muscles in your forehead.

73

:

And I am not kidding.

74

:

My hubby's lines are gone in the morning

and sometimes it lasts throughout the day.

75

:

The deal is apparently if you keep

wearing them, it keeps you from

76

:

making those lines kind of like Botox.

77

:

And I have done Botox before and I don't

want to do it anymore because I really

78

:

don't want to put any more poisons in.

79

:

So if you start, you know, I

want to do things naturally.

80

:

It's a little bit harder for me

because I don't have the 11 lines.

81

:

I have more fine lines, crow's

feet and the, my smile lines.

82

:

And yeah, I've got a filter on.

83

:

I try to cover it up, but I'll

try to show you more of that.

84

:

So I'm trying to figure out how

to use the frownies on my face.

85

:

But I do, like I said, if you're getting

Botox because your forehead and those

86

:

11 lines For sure works for that.

87

:

and I'm also starting to do face yoga

because probably two years ago, I went

88

:

in to the eye doctor and they're like,

Oh yeah, you totally, those saggy eyes,

89

:

those hooded eyes that would be covered

by insurance for you to get those

90

:

done because you definitely have them.

91

:

So I'm like, well, great.

92

:

Thank you so much.

93

:

But so I was going to go in and.

94

:

have the surgery and the day before, the

doctor's office called me and said, it's

95

:

not covered anymore by your insurance.

96

:

So even though I need

it, it's not covered.

97

:

And I think that it's more than just.

98

:

that it doesn't look great.

99

:

And I look tired, you kind of feel tired.

100

:

And I'm not kidding.

101

:

Sometimes in the morning, it's

like, I kind of want to hold up that

102

:

little eyelid I am doing face yoga.

103

:

one of the exercise I'm doing is to lift.

104

:

Those lids, I don't know if it's

going to work as good as Botox.

105

:

And it's really hard for me because

I, like I said, I have gotten Botox

106

:

before and I think I did look a lot

better because it does just kind of

107

:

lift that up, just like weightlifting

and taking care of my body.

108

:

I may not see results for a year.

109

:

And it may just be that it doesn't

get worse as fast, but I am willing

110

:

to delve into this and I'm going to be

completely honest with you I'm going

111

:

to do it a year and you're probably

going to hear me complain about it.

112

:

And you might see me and my eyes

might be drooping and, you know, just

113

:

know that's, yep, that's the real me.

114

:

That's how it's going.

115

:

But, um, if I can figure out how to

get frownies to pull that up, uh, but.

116

:

I do, I will, I'll probably try

to show you in a little video

117

:

sometime how I do the yoga for

my eyes, actually does lift up.

118

:

I've done it for my double chin.

119

:

I've been doing exercises for that

and I actually do feel like now

120

:

I've lost a little bit of weight,

but I do feel like that is working.

121

:

So, and I've tried other things, like I

tried to do something that cool sculpting,

122

:

sadly, it had the opposite effect on my

double chin and made it worse because

123

:

that happens sometimes, which I didn't

realize until I was done with it.

124

:

And I think that, fat because,

you know, I've gotten a little

125

:

bit more fit and, lost, gotten a

little leaner, through everything

126

:

that I've learned and gone through.

127

:

So that's helped, but I

have been doing exercises.

128

:

So just know I'm going to get some of

those people on to come and talk about it,

129

:

but know that there are options out there.

130

:

And if you're willing to put the time

into working out for your body, you

131

:

know, I mean, maybe do a little face

workout and just those areas Finally,

132

:

the last thing that I'm really working

on is just trying to love myself and

133

:

to be like, you know what, even if

I have wrinkles, I can be beautiful.

134

:

I can be beautiful with wrinkles

or without, and I don't need to

135

:

have a plastic face and, you know,

I don't want to look tired, but

136

:

I'll do my best with that one.

137

:

So, It's kind of a journey that I'm on.

138

:

And I just thought, well, I

might as well share it with

139

:

y'all on the GiddyUp segment.

140

:

So, and I will, I will keep telling

you about products that I'm using.

141

:

And please, if there's anything you're

super interested in or anything that

142

:

you want to share, Get on my schedule.

143

:

Send me a note because I

love learning and growing.

144

:

And you know what?

145

:

We're in this together and I

really want to empower you.

146

:

I want you to suffer less.

147

:

I want to learn how to surrender

everything to the good Lord.

148

:

And I'm here to walk along with you.

149

:

So God bless y'all.

150

:

Thanks for being here.

151

:

You take good care.
