:And the last two episodes were a two part
series where I shared with you my five

:Pillars of wellbeing, the five things
that helped me through a really hard time.

:And I went into great detail about
how I really jumped in, feet first

:and just went for it, but that it
doesn't have to be that way that

:you can pick one or pick one little
thing that you want to do right away.

:So these were the five.

:God, community, nutrition.

:weightlifting and rejuvenation.

:But basically, as far as God, I
grew my relationship with him and

:learned how to totally count on him.

:Because that's what you
need to do when you're going

:through something really hard.

:Community, I let go of the fact that
I thought I was an introvert and I

:went to community and I asked for
help and I went to do fun things.

:As far as nutrition, this is
what I did really in a blast.

:I just did a 16 hour fast.

:So an eight hour eating window, eight
mainly high proteins, stayed away from

:gluten, had not as much dairy as normal,
added vegetables and berries in a

:little bit more than I had in the past.

:Really worked on no sugar and
worked on trying to eat things

:that grow from the ground.

:The physical thing that I started
doing different was really dedicating

:myself to having fun lifting.

:I go to a fun workout class with
these inspiring gals, and enjoy it at

:home, just quietly taking my time and
feeling, every movement that I make.

:The last one that I talked about
is rejuvenation or stress relief.

:And that's something that I'm
going to continue to talk about as

:we move forward, because that is
the one that I have trouble with.

:Talked a little bit about breath work.

:I'm going to give you one new breath
work on this giddy up segment.

and that is just box breathing.

:And there's something about, you can't
stay, in a zone of being high anxiety.

:So all that is, is very simply breathe
in for four, hold it for four, breathe

:Pretty simple stuff.

:And if you can just remember to maybe do
it once or twice a day, it has helped me.

That I am a people pleaser and

:I just want everyone to love me.

:And it is so difficult for me.

:if someone doesn't agree with me and
it's made me really good at mediation

:because I can really read people and
try to fit into both people's, mind

:space and help them work together.

:But it can be really hard as a person
to walk into a room and feel like

:you have to figure out what every
person likes and be that, and that's

:not even being true to who you are.

:So it's been such an interesting week.

:Everything that I have been seeing and
hearing about has been popping up about

:Don't worry about what other people think.

:I found it in my Bible study, you
know, keep your eyes focused on God.

:Don't be so worried about
all the things going on.

:Keep them focused on him.

:You know, have your passion be his
passion and then let it go and let it go.

and she's got a new book coming out

:I think we're going to learn a lot from
that and I think we're going to talk

have negative thoughts about you because

some people just aren't going to like

:me and if I Carry that with me all the
time That hurts my stress so I am so

:proud and just in awe of people who
are able to be strong in who they are

:and move forward and not be concerned.

:It doesn't mean that they're not
kind and caring about other people,

:but they're not over consumed
with, what they think of them.

:And that is what this grandma is
striving for at this point in my life.

:For starters, this is what I'm going
to do because I've learned this before.

:I'm just going to become aware of it.

to be aware of when I'm feeling

:like, Ooh, that person, what
I'm doing is making them happy.

and watch it and become aware.
