Speaker:

Welcome to the Giddy Up segment.

2

:

I'm thankful that you're here

and you're going to love this.

3

:

You know, when you kind of produce

your own podcasts, things can happen.

4

:

I already recorded this and I did it

in the barn and I ran in the house and

5

:

I was going to set it up so that it

would come out tomorrow and The whole

6

:

thing was recorded with no sound.

7

:

So I almost didn't come back out and

do this, but I have to feed the horsey

8

:

and the donkey and the chickens anyway.

9

:

So here I am.

10

:

And I think the reason that

I wanted to come out here is

11

:

because I'm really excited about.

12

:

where my business is going and

what I'm going to be offering.

13

:

And so I do want to share that with you.

14

:

Um, my website is under construction and

I will continue to serve you with doing

15

:

divorce different, although I'm going

to be focusing more on saddle up live.

16

:

I still will do divorce mediations

and that parenting co parenting

17

:

course will be there along with.

18

:

The DIY divorce course for Minnesota.

19

:

So that's still a piece of the work that

I do, but I also have something set up

20

:

so that if things get really busy and

people want to work with someone right

21

:

away, I've got someone that I've trained

that I can slide those folks over to if

22

:

necessary because there's a new part of

my business that I'm really excited about.

23

:

And yeah, it has to do with life.

24

:

And how things happen and how you

reexamine things sometimes when you go

25

:

through something that's life changing.

26

:

And I'm just thrilled to be beginning

to help people maybe take one last

27

:

ditch effort in their marriage.

28

:

It's so fun.

29

:

I've always wanted to do it.

30

:

I am a life coach.

31

:

So not only am I an attorney, I

did get certified as a life coach.

32

:

And the reason that I did that and

the reason that I love to learn and

33

:

grow is just because it's how I am.

34

:

But also it makes me a better mediator.

35

:

It helps me help people

communicate better.

36

:

And Such a huge part of

marriage is communication.

37

:

And, you know, I think therapy can be a

piece of this and that's not my piece.

38

:

I want to help couples move forward.

39

:

Because I've had such amazing luck with

it in my own, I think it's 33 years of

40

:

marriage and it's, we have an anniversary

coming up in a couple of months, no, next

41

:

month or soon, even sooner than a month.

42

:

So I have my experience and I'm not

saying the ride was always smooth.

43

:

We have been through things and there

are amazing things that you can do to

44

:

help yourself In your marriage too.

45

:

So I want to make sure, because I think

one of the biggest things my clients come

46

:

to me about is they kind of don't know

for sure if they're ready to get divorced.

47

:

Whenever I ask them, yeah,

you know, I think so.

48

:

So let's do one last ditch effort.

49

:

And I really.

50

:

If you, it's something you've been

thinking about for a long time, you

51

:

might as well put your all into it.

52

:

Even if it is just for a month, I've

got some tools that can help you.

53

:

And you know what?

54

:

It doesn't always take two people.

55

:

This is really weird.

56

:

It takes you changing yourself.

57

:

And I have learned that when I have

changed how I respond and react

58

:

and my kind of get control of my

emotions, it's helped my marriage.

59

:

It's It's pretty amazing.

60

:

And of course there's that God focus too.

61

:

That's, that, um, is probably the most

important thing to me is surrendering

62

:

to him, um, because he knows what's

best and that just kind of takes the

63

:

worry piece out of it, but that's,

what's leading me to another aspect.

64

:

It's kind of.

65

:

where I'm going to be helping

individuals as well as couples.

66

:

And, you know, I love ladies my age.

67

:

I have been, I have been through so much.

68

:

Um, and I know a lot of us have,

and I used to feel like, Oh, I

69

:

want to help you suffer less.

70

:

And I think I said that before.

71

:

I want to help you suffer less.

72

:

Well, that's true.

73

:

But what I have learned

is in life, there's good.

74

:

Things that happen and there's bad

things that happen and we can't you

75

:

know, that's that's life I want to help

you do better through the hard things

76

:

and I want to teach you what I did what

I didn't do Right, and so that can be

77

:

you as an individual if you can work on

yourself individually sometimes that's

78

:

gonna just blow through and help your

marriage or help you in a new life after

79

:

your marriage or transitioning from kids

going off to college or transitioning

80

:

into starting a new business.

81

:

I mean, I really didn't get into this

business really powerfully until I

82

:

think I was 49 or 50, which is pretty

cool and fun and you can do it and life

83

:

is so good and we just want to suck

all that joy and goodness out of it.

84

:

So that's what I'm doing that.

85

:

That's where my website, if you go look

at it now, you'll see that it's under

86

:

construction, but I have all kinds of

new freebies on quizzes on your mindset

87

:

and um, tools to transform your marriage.

88

:

I've got a new online course that

I'm going to keep them really,

89

:

um, reasonably priced so that you

can learn what I have learned.

90

:

I've been coached by the best and

it's not just from one person.

91

:

It's me putting together

everything that I have learned.

92

:

into a process that has changed my life.

93

:

And so that's a new online course that

isn't quite done yet, but it almost is.

94

:

And it's not anything super in depth

that doesn't take a lot of time.

95

:

It's your first step in this journey

with me to delving in to having a

96

:

better life, to feeling our feelings

and learning how to navigate.

97

:

the good times and the times that

are a little bit more difficult.

98

:

I just want to help you on this journey

and I'm so thankful for all of you.

99

:

100

:

101

102

I want you to.

103

:

Come on my podcast.

104

:

If you have an amazing story, I want you

to share what you want to know about.

105

:

I got some great things

coming, um, in the future too.

106

:

I just wanted to get on here quick

and share this with you because I just

107

:

feel so blessed and I'm so grateful.

108

:

So you just, I'll take good

care and I'll see you next week.
