Speaker:

Welcome to Saddle Up

Live's Giddy Up segment.

2

:

I'm so happy that you're here and I want

you to know if you want a little bit

3

:

more in depth, longer segment, longer

podcast, go back to Tuesday's episode

4

:

and I've got my functional assessment

provider, Marie Simpson, and we discuss.

5

:

all things in metabolic health.

6

:

Um, you know, just

getting metabolically fit.

7

:

We talk about genetics and one thing that

we didn't talk about, but we'll be coming

8

:

in another episode in the future is NLP.

9

:

And I've talked about it on the

GettyUp segment before, where as y'all

10

:

know, I have these pillars that I'm

living by since I had a little bit

11

:

of a health Um, a health issue and

it's changed my life for the better.

12

:

And so one thing that I have learned is

that I really need to rewire my brain.

13

:

And that is because I, I've done a

lot of coaching, you know, that I, you

14

:

know, first call on God in everything.

15

:

So he's like my main

pillar, he's my main guy.

16

:

And then.

17

:

And then I pull in

about five other things.

18

:

And a lot of it has to do

with mindset and coaching.

19

:

What I have found is that I can

do all that work that I want.

20

:

However, if I can't get back to the core

of what that belief is, I can't change it.

21

:

And so that's what's been

really influential to me.

22

:

So I told you about J.

23

:

J.

24

:

Flozaines and I have a link and she's got

an amazing mindset and core wounds course.

25

:

That was the first thing that I did.

26

:

I learned what are these core wounds.

27

:

Then I learned I decided I would

start to rewire my, my brain.

28

:

And I looked into Bruce Lipton.

29

:

I had heard him on Tony Robbins

and he talked about how you can

30

:

change beliefs through hypnosis.

31

:

And that one way that you can do that

on your own is to do a recording of a

32

:

belief that you want to have and Listen

to it right when you're falling asleep

33

:

well I told you that I was gonna do

that and I did and it has worked and I'm

34

:

not kidding as simple as my heart rate

variability will always be optimal and

35

:

I have an aura ring and it was never

optimal and Suddenly it is so You The

36

:

interesting thing though, is that as

I've been learning more by doing this

37

:

NLP work with Marie, which I'm not going

to get deep into now, um, because I've

38

:

seen a change without doing the work, but

what's been even better is as I work with

39

:

Marie, because I have this background

and I know what my core wounds are.

40

:

I know what I'm working from.

41

:

Then I start going a little bit deeper

with Marie and she is, um, instructed in

42

:

how to learn what is, what is that belief.

43

:

It gets me to hone in closer to what

those beliefs are that are harming me,

44

:

that are making me not maybe have the

full life that, that God wants me to.

45

:

And that's what I want

to share with all of you.

46

:

And I'm taking you

through this step by step.

47

:

But I do want you to know that that J.

48

:

J.

49

:

Flozain's course was my first

step about learning about how to

50

:

work with my mindset, and I've

got some past podcasts on that.

51

:

And then the core wounds course,

which I'll have a link if you want

52

:

to take that, learning what my

core wounds were, leaps and bounds.

53

:

And then getting into this NLP work

is really changing it because I'm

54

:

really focusing in and honing in.

55

:

It's a little bit expensive.

56

:

So I want to help you maybe if you want

to take it more in baby steps, start out

57

:

like I did, you know, do the coaching,

but I'm telling you the coaching only

58

:

got me so far and now I've had to

dig deeper and it's life changing.

59

:

And that's why I'm sharing it with you.

60

:

So, you will see some

things changing in my life.

61

:

And I'll share that with you in

the upcoming months, but there are

62

:

things changing in my business.

63

:

Um, real exciting things happening.

64

:

And, um, it's a huge blessing.

65

:

And I want all of y'all to

be able to experience it.

66

:

So.

67

:

Thank you so much for being here.

68

:

Join me, um, this coming week

on Saddle Up Live on Tuesday.

69

:

I've got the most amazing interview ever.

70

:

And it was something that knocked my

socks off and I, I didn't see it coming

71

:

and it was so, so touching and so good.

72

:

So join me there.

73

:

Go back and listen to Maria.

74

:

If you'd like, I'm here for you.

75

:

Send me notes.

76

:

If you, um, you know, have a

topic you'd like me to discuss,

77

:

I'm all in and follow me.

78

:

I'd love you to follow me.

79

:

I, I need subscribers and,

uh, I love to share everything

80

:

I'm learning with all of you.

81

:

You take good care.
