Speaker:

Welcome to this week's Giddy Up segment.

2

:

I'm thankful that you're here.

3

:

And last week, I just want to touch base.

4

:

We got to know JJ Flazains and I have

introduced what she's taught me to you

5

:

in past Giddy Up segments and past Saddle

Up Live segments, The thing I love about

6

:

JJ is she is a big deal, but she really

is focused on helping people and she

7

:

really does it for the good of people.

8

:

And she's like, if you

don't need me, I don't care.

9

:

It's not like she's really racing to the

end and trying to make a million dollars.

10

:

She just really wants to make an impact

and help people learn what she's learned.

11

:

If you are on this journey that I'm

on and wanting to live your best

12

:

life, and a lot of times it happens

after something changes in your life,

13

:

like divorce or, a cancer diagnosis

or, a loved one passing away.

14

:

There are all kinds of reasons why

you might be needing to light a little

15

:

fire to get to know yourself better

and to kind of reinvent yourself.

16

:

And you know how I keep turning

to God because I think in the

17

:

past I would let him go and dig

into all this self coaching.

18

:

And now I've learned that I

need to carry him along with me.

19

:

I've taken JJ's teachings and there's

a lot of other stuff coming up too

20

:

that I've been digging into, but

I've been taking her teachings and I

21

:

took her course and I'm an affiliate.

22

:

And if you go to the show

notes, and I'm going to try to

23

:

get it on my website as well.

24

:

you will be able to log in and go

to this course and do it yourself.

25

:

And I do, I'm going to say I loved it.

26

:

I recommend it.

27

:

It taught me so much about my core wounds

so that I can really understand, What

28

:

is making me react the way I am and the

neural pathways that I've been using for

29

:

years It's so enlightening And there's

so much information wrapped in it.

30

:

She's got a little course in it that talks

about what we've talked about already

31

:

feelings and Mindset Anytime you have

a feeling or an unwanted feeling, it's

32

:

because there's a need that's not met.

33

:

So that course is in there too.

34

:

And that really helped me.

35

:

And I'm going to give you a little

example of just recently woke up

36

:

in the middle of the night to one

of my kiddos connecting with me,

37

:

Really sad about really upsetting

and I tend to over mother.

38

:

I tend to make up stories I tend to

get I tend to worry and instead this

39

:

time I stopped and I did that whole

Pona Pona Prayer where I said I said to

40

:

God I said, please please forgive me.

41

:

I'm sorry.

42

:

Please forgive me Thank you.

43

:

I love you.

44

:

And what I'm saying is I'm

sorry that I'm worrying because

45

:

I know that God's got this.

46

:

I know he has a better plan and I

know that he has this child and that

47

:

it is not for me to worry about.

48

:

So I'm sorry, please forgive me.

49

:

And then thank you because

he does forgive me.

50

:

And I love you.

51

:

So I just want you to know that.

52

:

That's really working in my life.

53

:

So I would give that a try.

54

:

If I were you, listen

to Tuesday's episode.

55

:

If you haven't yet with JJ

Flazaines, get to know her.

56

:

I kind of fell in love with

her during that podcast.

57

:

And I've been listening to other

podcasts, learning more about her.

58

:

And as she is feeding me all this

information and these trainings,

59

:

I'm growing and I'm learning and I'm

learning how to feel the feelings

60

:

and move on and feel more joy.

61

:

And isn't that what it's all about?

62

:

I want to have fun and be playful

because that is a need that I

63

:

have not been needing for myself.

64

:

And you know, my diagnosis, catching

that, breast cancer at stage

65

:

one was amazing, but it was also

something that I need to listen to.

66

:

And so I'm not going to let

this go without learning

67

:

what my body's telling me.

68

:

So if you're going through anything like

that, I highly recommend JJ's course.

69

:

Keep listening because next week

we're going to delve deeper into

70

:

that course and to those core wounds.

71

:

So stay tuned for that.

72

:

Thanks so much.
