:And I promised you that I would talk
about Tuesday's episode where I talked
3
:about mindset and how it's working for me.
4
:And so it's been a couple days
and what I want to let you know.
5
:is it's working.
6
:And you're going to giggle a
little bit and it's going to make
7
:sense if you know me personally.
8
:I often make up words or pronounce
things wrong, but I think I called
9
:the Hawaiian practice that prayer to
help you get in the right mindset.
10
:I called it ho pony pony.
11
:It's not that I'm, you know, I've
got horses on my brain all the time.
12
:It's Ho Pona Pona.
13
:And, um, what I want you to know
though, you can laugh about that if
14
:you want, because I did, I giggled
about it, but what I do want you to
15
:know, if you are looking to change
how you're feeling, go back and listen
16
:to Tuesday's episode on mindset.
17
:And I did this practice and, you know,
I, I talked to you, I'm not going to go
18
:through all the details of, you know,
being aware of your feelings, but what
19
:I want you to know is one thing that I
really did different was every time that
20
:I had a negative feeling, I would work.
21
:Sometimes I forgot to work hard
to feel it, but this still helped,
22
:but I would work hard to go, okay,
I see you, I see what this is.
23
:anxiety or fear.
24
:And then I would go to, I would
sit down and I would think, and
25
:I would make this prayer to God.
26
:And this is that whole Pona Pona.
27
:And that was, I'm sorry,
please forgive me.
28
:Thank you.
29
:I love you.
30
:And I really wasn't sure
how I was going to use that.
31
:In my practice, but what I found
was I kind of said the prayer as
32
:I'm sorry, Lord that I'm letting
this insecurity get to me.
33
:Please forgive me.
34
:Thank you because he did forgive
me and I love you and honest
35
:to God It shifted things.
36
:It shifted things so that in the
middle of the night, I didn't spin out.
37
:There were things I could have
been scared of and I, it did work.
38
:It worked for me.
39
:So, um, I'm so thankful for
that and I'll keep you posted.

growing, I am going to keep.
